Terms and Conditions for bdkk Players in Bangladesh

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bdkk ("we", "us", "the platform") and any person ("you", "the player") who accesses or uses the bdkk website, mobile application, or any service provided under the bdkk brand at bdkk.live.

By registering an account on bdkk, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the bdkk platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are accessing bdkk on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the bdkk platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules will take precedence for matters relating to that game only.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to use bdkk, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bdkk does not permit players under the age of 18 to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether using bdkk is lawful in your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party when placing bets on bdkk.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bdkk or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have previously had a bdkk account closed for a violation of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on bdkk. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — are not permitted. If bdkk identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with the same player will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

When registering on bdkk, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must not use a false identity, a name other than your own, or any information that belongs to another person.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your bdkk account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other person. bdkk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify bdkk immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bdkk reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals.
• Account details, including your registered mobile number, can only be changed by contacting bdkk support directly. Changes will not be processed without identity verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdkk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdkk does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to any transaction. The payment methods currently accepted by bdkk are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

The minimum deposit amount on bdkk is ৳20. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bdkk reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts where there is a reason to do so. Deposits are credited to your bdkk balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals on bdkk are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit, unless you have contacted bdkk support and received written approval to use a different method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of the request being submitted, though processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bdkk offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These bonus-specific terms form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on bdkk bonuses is stated clearly in each promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated withdrawal conditions.
• If bdkk determines that a player has been abusing the bonus system — including by creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — all bonuses will be voided and the account may be closed.
• Free bets and free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bdkk are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being bet on. These rules are available within each game on the bdkk platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by bdkk, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. bdkk reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, that was accepted due to a technical fault, or that was placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a system error.

• bdkk reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or within any single session.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdkk. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Creating more than one account on bdkk, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the bdkk platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on bdkk.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the bdkk platform to gain an advantage or generate winnings that would not otherwise be possible.
• Attempting to launder money or use bdkk for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Abusing the bonus system, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdkk staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's bdkk account without their permission.

bdkk actively monitors accounts for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bdkk reserves the right to close the account, void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, and withhold any winnings generated. bdkk may also report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bdkk reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• The player's own request to close their account.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive.

If your account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, bdkk will process a withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.

Players who wish to close their own bdkk account can do so by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Once an account is closed at the player's request, it cannot be reopened. A new account may be created subject to the eligibility requirements in Section 2.

9 Responsible Gaming

bdkk is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. Gaming on bdkk is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a way to generate income or to recover financial losses.
